MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM 2024  – FIRST ATLANTIC BANK

In October 2024, Sterling Advice Consult conducted a 5 day management trainee program for 65 recent university graduates who had successfully been inducted into the 2024 graduate management trainee program at First Atlantic Bank Ltd. In line with one of our service offering on financial literacy targeted towards the youth, the graduate trainees were taken through very intensive and interactive sessions on dynamics in banking, domestic and international banking operations, macro-economic analysis and basic accounting principles. Case study reviews, working group sessions, debates and  group presentations were built into the training program to up-skill, develop and assess the capabilities, understanding of the trainees. It was a pleasure and delight to encounter and interact with so many young, sharp and smart minds A very inspiring 5 day journey.
